Wondering where your latest Mini Mania order is? Mini Mania has added
      a new Order Lookup feature to MiniMania.com, where you can view the status
      of your Internet and phone orders any time of the day or night! Here's how
      it works ...

First,
       be sure you are logged in to the MM site using your screen name and password.
       From the menu list on your left, select Resources > My Orders.
       The first time you visit, you will be asked to log in with your Mini Mania
       Customer Number and a special passcode. This is different from your screen
       login password.

If your E-mail address is entered in your Mini Mania User Profile, click
       the "I Don't Know My Passcode" button, and the passcode will
       be sent to you immediately by E-mail. Otherwise, you may call our office
       during regular business hours, and we'll be glad to tell you your code.

When you enter your customer number and passcode, the information
       is then stored in your User Profile. You will not need to re-enter
       the information when checking your orders in the future.

Once you log in with your customer number and passcode, the screen shows
       three options:

View My Pending Orders: shows orders or parts of orders
             that have not yet been shipped from Mini Mania's warehouse. These
             might be items backordered, or on hold for some reason.

View My Recently Shipped Orders: Go here to look for an
order that may be on its way to you.

View Historical Orders: Orders shipped one week or more
             prior to today's date can be viewed in this section. You can even
             view all your orders placed over the past year!

      This
      customer has some items on backorder from his Internet order (Salesman "INTE")
      dated 1/18; the value of the backordered items is $3.30 ("Open");
      $53.60 of the order has been shipped. Clicking on "Show Details"
      will show what part numbers are still pending. By clicking on any of these three options, the screen will
      show the relevant sales order number and other general information for all
      sales orders in that category. You may view details - for example, to find
      out which items are backordered or to verify the shipping address for the
      order - by clicking the "SO#" in the column list or the "Show Details for
      All Orders" button.


Not only that, but the Order Detail includes the UPS tracking number,
       which will link you directly to UPS's delivery information for your shipment.
       You'll know exactly where your package is, and when it is expected to
       be delivered. (Sorry, this feature is not available for packages shipped
       by FedEx.)


You can change to any of the other two viewing options quickly and easily
       by selecting the VIEW from the drop-down list at the top of your screen,
       then clicking the "Submit" button to the right.






Of course, all the information presented on the My Orders page is secure.
       Your passcode is stored in an encrypted form in your user profile, so
       that no one can "borrow" it to look up your order information. To leave

      Clicking
      on "Show Details" for a Historical or Current order shows the
      shipping address, UPS tracking number, and all items on the order, including
      shipping charges.
