Customer service at Mini Mania takes another leap forward! We now send out confirmation via e-mail when your phone or Internet order is processed, and another one when your order is shipped.
The order confirmation e-mail will list your sales order number, the items and quantities ordered, the shipping method selected, and a subtotal which includes everything but the shipping cost. You will know what you'll be getting, and can call us to make changes if necessary.
The shipping confirmation message will include the above information along with the shipping charge and shipping address. Not only that, but the message will show your shipment's UPS or FedEx tracking number, and allow you to link directly to a status page so that you'll know WHEN to expect your package (US orders only).
Of course, all this depends on one thing: we must have your CURRENT and CORRECT e-mail address in our customer database in order for you to receive these messages! Please be sure your Mini Mania salesman confirms your e-mail address, or call our office toll-free at any time to update to your current address. We hope you enjoy this great new service!
