i am a parts manager for a Toyota dealership and Toyota makes a sunroof grease
go check with your Toyota dealer, if they can't help you with the correct grease or a
part number, let me know, we have it in stock, i will get you the part number

Haven't seen an official recommendation from MINI, but others have recommended teflon white lithium grease (DuPont makes a spay can of this).

Over the years, the sunroof has been opended many times and weather conditions. I am wanting to apply grease to the mechanisms\track as preventative maintenance. Is there a MINI specified product to use and amount?
