Yes, '61-'62 Supers.
Lots of nibbles, with only one real Super so far. As I suspected, some of the Supers are turning out to be DeLuxe, not the rare Super.

Don't forget about the mk2 Super Deluxe models

I think Chuck is only interested in the MK1 Supers which were unique Minis.

Racingflea, doesn't look like a Super chassis number. What makes you think it is one?

There is one somewhere around Auburn CA that I have seen, all origional red car still sporting the 850, and an origional california car from what I remember. Even had the correct delux grill with the extra bars.
I never caught a glimpse of that one in auburn, growing up there. My purple 73 mini 1000 is still at my parents house there.
The guys at 7ent (7 enterprises) may know the owner, being located In Auburn .
my ''go-cart'' does 80....

Nich.,
Any way you can track it down?
An original red Super would have had a black roof.
Minimike1,
To describe a Super, think of a 997cc Cooper (same two-tone exterior, same interior) but with an 848cc engine and single leading shoe brakes. There were a couple of more items; such as, a very specific grille (Morris and Austin different) never used on any other Minis and never reproduced, to my knowledge.
Blue,
Any way to track it down?
