6 Weeks is about right based on what mine took. The couple bucks could be in the exchange rate. It's cool to see exactly when it was made.

Ok they got back to me early this AM. The order never processed so I reordered and got conformation right away and it hit the card in like 5 min.  So now we just bide our time.

I've bought a few things over the years from the UK form Newton Commercial, AuotSparks, Somerford Mini etc and other Ebay suppliers and I've always had prompt excellent service, virtually the same day, so my experience is not the same as Jedduh01. Shipping from the UK can be slow, not as fast as getting the part handed over the counter.

It's been about a week just what concerned me was nothing on my card yet. Normally that shows up overnight.

Same -- Since you are new to this British Restoration - you may have other dealings with vendors in the uK too.

I have found and you will find that the UK way of business is different from what we get here in the USA. Some responces take FOREVER.  Sometimes seeming no reply or updates to anything, you will contact and find everything is on track no issues.  Just the general commuication is different.

For your Certificate - would be good to simply contact for your own peace of mind but dont expect turn around in 2-3 days.  remember too - Its a Holiday weekend. and this may also be increasing time away from work and a backlog when people return to catch up on other stuff.    I work with many venors in the EU for work . Much of the same. Delayed responses and backlog on Holidays.

It takes a while to get one. The fact they havent responded in a couple days is not surprising.

I think I need to contact these guys about the cert I ordered.  I have not gotten a conformation nor has it shown up on my card as of yet. When you guys that have ordered them did it just how much information did you provide?  I was going to just do my VIN but sent the body number as well as the FE number also.  How long would you hold off before reordering?
