Well my thoughts based on your criteria would be Colorado USA. More specifically, Denver area. Or, to shake it up a bit, how about Colorado Springs? We could do some time trials up Pikes Peak! Wow.

At the Leadership Meeting in Milwaukee it was agreed that MMEMW 2019 should be on the western side of the Great Plains in the USA.
A friend & I have an idea...do you have any suggestions?
Our location, close to a major East/West Interstate, but with alternate secondary highways from east & west, north & south, in the mountains, great scenery, lots of attractions, lots of drive potential...would be a terrific vacation destination.
