Looks just like mine Dean. Fittings are the same xcept I also have a chain and plug on the vacuum line (yellow) and regular hose clamps on both that the PO may have added.

They are correct. The vacuum side uses a simple connector like a bike tire pump. Carefully lubricate it and the vacuum pump. The pressure side is unique. The knurled knob on the end allows you to depress the schrader valve piston after the connector is properly fitted. The side pieces allow you to clip it to the outer threads of the schrader. The T is the bleeder. The plug is to reduce drips.
