I have a 2007 mini cooper S and am somewhat unfamiliar with the performance side of this motor. Any suggestions and tips on what upgrades to do would be greatly appreciated.  Willing to spend $2000 immediately on what I need and from what manufacturer is best.  Ideally I'm looking for 300 hp at the wheels.  I know I'm also in for a 10k investment to get it there atleast.
