Beats the snot out of driving an open Moke in a monsoon. [rolleyes]

BTDT in full rain gear. Wife and i got out of the Moke at a diner with a canopy looked at each other and just laughed hysterically.

What a major PISS OFF, not a spec of rain since the monsoon rain on Sunday morning which pretty well destroyed the car show

Everyday since has been a picture perfect day, blue skies, low 70's and sunny

Although Malsal in Florida told me that on this past Monaday, they had the monsoon rains, great for towing a Moke on an open trailer

Is there no GOD in heaven ???

In spite of the nasty weather in the morning, it turned out to be a great day. It was a privledge to drive the 850 back to the garage. Hard to describe how awesome this car is to drive - Don's build is impeccable and it drives as good as it looks.

Heavy rain till noon, then sunny skies,

Not sure of the total car count but as a rule we have around 90-100 minis in class and to-day we had 32,

Maybe 650 in total Brit cars as opposed to 1200-

So, so much for " IT never RAINS on Brit car day"

Sunday, Sept 21st 2014- Bronte Creek Provincial Park- This is North Americas largest one day All Brit car show put on by the Toronto Triumph Club, over 1200 Brit cars of every marque ever made-

A well organized event, that runs like a well oiled wheel-

Cars, vendors and food- Burloak Drive at the Queen Elizabeth Highway, just follow the British cars-

We usually have 90-100 minis turn out, weather looks iffy but "IT NEVER RAINS ON BRIT CAR DAY " !!!!!

See you there-
