Riley nailed it. I work with 18 yr old airmen that speak (and type) better than you. They are younger than me, and much younger than my commanders and still able to articulate a full thought. Generational gap or not. If any of them sent out an email or a letter written in a manner like you do, they would be reporting to my office for a conversation on professionalism.

The funny part is that you waste more energy TRYING to spell crap the wrong way than you would if you had just typed it correctly the first time. And if you really aren't trying, then your apathy has somehow managed to match your incompetence. In either case, I wouldn't go broadcasting that across the internet.

Indeed; fell upon deaf ears on another thread:

Proper grammar and spelling does matter, always, as does proper speech.  The ability to communicate clearly enables the reader or listener to assume that you're somewhat intelligent.  In fact, the root of the word intelligible is 'intellig', the power to know and think.  Therefore, I normally avoid using spasmatic idioms in my text and speech.  I've found that effective communicators typically take pride in their work and work to a higher standard.

Some might consider me to be a bit loquacious, but I consider myself to be rather eloquent and generally capable of accurately communicating issues and solutions as required.

Nope. It has nothing to do with age. It has to do with making an impression. Proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, CAPS ON or off at the appropriate times, etc., gives the impression that you give a damn, are willing to put forth a bit of effort and might actually have something useful to add to the conversation. Lack of the above makes people think you're an idiot. Plain and simple. Pretty much the same thing as walking around with your pants around your ankles and your underwear hanging out.

I bought a case of this, on sale at my local auto parts store.

I have extra, more than I think I can use (at this time), for sale, shipping extra.

Video from robster from the San Diego car show:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9xi_Ro9adg

He was wearing white shorts, a blue shirt, sun glasses and a hat from the reflection in the video.

Good reflections of him in my almond green mini and the red motorcycle engine mini.

The pic of my car was taken after 2pm I believe because the red inno isn't there any more and they left between 2 and 3.

boom

Best I can tell is his name is Luke and he's into scooters. This may be a trool pic or it could actually be him.

Spank if you're seriously not the source of the most notorious poster in the mini world, then you may possess the only clues to his identity, or at least track him down.

Someone brought my attention to the whole robster controversy today when he picked up a subframe from me. Ain't me. I was at SDBCD and talked to a bunch of people but damned if I can remember much of anythign I said or whom I said it to.

And this is a much better picture of the green mini, probably the rustiest POS there.

Hey Ya Robster! Clint Eastwood would like to speak with you about the masking tape comment regarding his personal favorite variant Mini model.

They call those scissor jacks "widow makers" for a reason. And a $3 dwell meter will likely net you $3 worth of results. There are a bunch of things that I save money on. But there are a few things that I don't skimp on.

1) Things that keep me from dying

2) Things that I rely on for precision measurements (volts, amps, dwell, micrometer/caliper, gauges, etc)

3) Car/Home maintenance
