There must a reset 'button'. Seriously, there must be a way to reset the CPU.

I have a 2008 hatchback non S
Dash all gauges, heater/cooling functions, door locks, windows, radio and problably more just quit working. Car is still running and drives fine but all electrionic seam to have stopped working. Than out of no where the guages start going full display and than shut off. This is now happening about every four seconds. When gauges go full display I can operate the windows.
I've checked battery voltage at 12.9 and cables/ground seams tight. I am at a loss at what to check now.
Has anyone had any experiance with this?
thank you
