I may have a set that I might not use as I will most likely replace with the newer stabilized versions.
It sounds like you have the newer gauge already, so the old style sender I have will not work anyway.
I need to pull them out and test them again to make sure they work properly. I am about ready to put the tank back in.

The early tank with the early (bolt-on) sender requires the use of the older fuel gauge (thin needle that bounces around). If you still have an early gauge then hunting for an early sender makes sense. However, it will be easier to get one from the U.K. as noted by Bill (contact Nick at Min-e-bitz.com). If on the other hand you do not have the early fuel gauge anymore, it makes more sense to buy a replacement later tank and sender and use the later gauge with the voltage stabilizer. Of course... if you are going for originality, you will want all the early parts that are correct for your car.
Alternatively, you could use whatever combination you can get your hands on and buy the Fuel Gauge Wizard from Spiyda Design in the U.K. It was designed to allow matching just about any fuel gauge to any sender you can imagine.
