Heat and hammer. Propane is good for this.

Dan,
I wish it was that simple to drill out the old pins. The forward portion of the hinge which mounts on the "A" panel has the two "ears" for the door portion of the hinge to go into--these are bent outward and have
spread apart vertically. I do not know if I can bend those ears together and inward or will they break off.
I am thinking a little heat as suggested by Richard and then use a vise for more of an even squeeze.
Jim

Couldn't you just drill out the old pins, slightly oversize and press in new ones? I did it on a Suzuki SJ410 I had. The pins on it were bigger than Mini ones. I think I used a bit of stainless rod for the pins.

I sold mine already. If you don't find any, Heat them a bit with a small propane torch and straighten them. Then change out the pin or replace/install a sleeve where the pin is worn.

I am looking for the external door hinges for a 1965 MK 1, left upper and lower.  refer the cast steel not alloy. Trying to keep the car original. The ones on the car are worn and are bent
probably the door check strap was not attached at some point.
Thanks for your help.
