Just remember that if you try to look up parts on Berlen's website, it's usually best to insert a space between the letters and numbers.
BTW - the GFE2481 is the air filter, the SPI stepper motor is JZX 3062 - a fair bit more than 10 quid, though.
Doesn't look like our host carries it, but MSC does: JZX3062
Also from Berlen: JZX 3062

96 SPI, can someone tell me where the RED vacuum lines is suppose to go when it leaves from underneath the air intake housing.
it was daggling freely when i bought the car, this might be part of my irregular high idling around 1500rpm, the yellow one is also not connected to underneath the housing, but was told the yellow is not important , and that the yellow is for the air falp on the air intake snorkel for only cold countries, im in the 70/80 degress weather all year round.

The red one goes down to the rear of the intake. You will likely find the elbows need replacing. I would connect the yellow one as well afaik it receives vacuum from where the red one ends and it starts so you may have a leak still if left disconnected. Check all the elbows if one is bad the rest are on the way out usually
If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.
