If I'm not mistaken, someone posted that picture of a silver Cosmic on the green towel and I edited it to be painted. Gotta love Photoshop.

No centre caps
I believe use standard taper lugs
5" ( will dbl check this as I'm not positive )..confirmed 5"

Painted wheel picture is borrowed from miniwheeldictionary and is what they would look like after your elbow grease.
On closer inspection, they are slightly different than the painted sample ( earlier/later? )
