Lots of people post 'bad driver' videos and lots more have in-car cameras... check out the Russian/eastern European ones sometime. Hours and hours of bad driving, some far worse than this. Almost as if every car has a dash-cam.

Having been rear-ended in a similar fashion, I know that a low-speed impact like that may not produce apparent damage. Bumper-to-bumper impact would be absorbed by the bumper mechanism, and in a straight-on impact, the plastic bumper may deform without braking, and not show scarring in such a low res image. In my case, the body shop straigtened and refinished the plastic.  The orange object (looks yellow to me) appears to be one of those yellow plastic raincoats, which might be hung where it would swing into view under abrupt decelleration.

third incident... no damage to the rear on the car that was hit? Also, check out the orange object that appears inside the car at 0.6 secs, 57 secs, and 1 min 10 secs. Anything significant that it is appearing only at impact on all three incidents? Anyone else notice it?             Mini Estate

I was so interested in this I did some sleuthing and it's from the Taiwan media.  It was an 85 year old man and apparently the injuries were not as serious as they look.  No word yet on sentencing though.

But again living in Norcal this guy is about average.

let's analyze;

first crash:  head crash but no blood stain on the windshield(??????)  is he a man or a reptile?

 

second crash: the guy was riding a mobility cart in the middle of the road (????)  looks like someone put a mobility cart in there and put  a rubberize manequin in it.  and noticed how the person flew away? looks like a manequin , no mass weight, very light.... fake!

 

third crash:  the guy hit a car, but nobody got out of the car to investigate what happen, human instinct that if you are hit by a car you will normally get out of your car immediatley, mad and shouting!
