Snow day behaviour was precisely the same here in Tennessee.  Signed, sealed, delivered, we're there.

Bump!

And..... I'm actually considering attending this!

I haven't had the car long. Just barely a year and I haven't really driven it. I'm not a mechanic. I sometimes play one on tv [of the mind and when time allows]. Usually prepping firewood for the winter and work take my time.

Car goes in the shop tomorrow to get some things sorted. We'll see how far my budget takes me.... Things like brake system rebuild, figuring out why it keeps burning through fanbelts, rusty coolant, peddle alignment, etc.... are things that need addressed before I make the haul.

When I get those things addressed, I will be making the final determination of attending. I've always wanted to drive down there! and hopefully all is done in about a week. The guys fitting me in while he waits on parts for the two Lambo's. Again, we'll see.

Looks like Shaye and Celia's Moke is already ready for the event with the spare wheel cover

If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.

The peace-nik orange moke belongs to CMU members Shane and his wife Celia from Merritt Island FL- Great people ,great hosts who have fully immersed the mini thing-

The plastic dolphins on the rear pontoons are a little over the top but they go nicely with the plastic bugs in the grille and their space uniforms they wear are ,well a little different-especially , the spark plug neckless that he and his wife wear around their necks- Also they are great hosts and open their palatial home to all mini types when we do road rallye 's on Merritt Island-

Did l say Celia also plays the Bag-Pipes and writes musical scores featuring the mini ?
