Thanks Alex, I actually had won Minivation's Like contest for some hinges but they didn't have the Mk1's available yet. They've been great about keeping me in the loop once they show up.

Having developed the alternate gas-strut location on the new Clubman hinges (Zippy helped too), Ben invited me to bring Betty along to Bingley so they could fit a set of the latest gas-strutted saloon hinges to her as a live demo of how simple it is.
The three small girls are Ben's offspring, and were delighted to play in the car as we cleared the stand away at the end of the day.
I'm hoping to get a set of the development Mk1 and Elf/Hornet hinges fitted to Dr Paul's cars before MME so we can demonstrate them there.
