Do you still have the boot lid minimans?  I am restoring a 1969 MKII Cooper S and in need of a proper boot lid.  Back in the mid 70's the car was in a rear end accident (relatively minor but the boot lid needed replacing and the owner installed a MKIII lid with the cross member reinforcing).  I found a replacement with the proper MKII outer skin and license place configuration but it has cross member reinforcing on the inside (no idea what model this would have come from) but would like to have the double skin lid (which I believe to be proper).  Unless someone knows whether the the cross member lid may have been used on the MKII Cooper S at some point.  Thanks!

Late Mk I is the same as Mk II double skinned; except, for hole locations for the badges.

As a result of further investigation.  I have a MKIII boot lid.  Therefore, I am in need of a MkII boot lid with the double skim.  If anybody has one I would like to buy it.  I can do bodywork and weld as well.  Thanks!

I may have a spare - not sure of condition. Would you have a single skin for an "66 Mk 1?

Ron
