I have changed complete wiring harnesses in minis and it is not a monumental job. You should be able to do this yourself, or it can easily be handled by the businesses that cater to minis in the LA area. Also, unless your car is some very late model fuel injected VIN swap ringer, there are no fuses in the headlamps system, only tail lamps and dash lamps.

I would say re-wiring a Mini that is not disassembled to bare body would be a monumental job.

Im in the LA area (SFV to be exact) and looking for someone who knows the mini electrical system. Im looking at possibly having my whole car re-wired ( new harness) and fix a short in my headlights. When I turn my headlights on a fuse will eventually blow.
