What are you gonna do with the old 22G68 box?  Please email me if you want to get rid of it, as I could use the box for something I am building.  Cheers, Hugh

You will need either a 22G1128 or 22G846 remote shift box.
Check the bearing housing alignment with your diff housing bolted to it.

Hello again I have just discovered my MK 1 Estate transmission is completely ruined. It was found full of water and rust, so it is gone. My question is, I want to retain the magic wand shifter, but would like to upgrade to a 4 syncro box, if that is doable and available. So I would need which gearbox casing numbers to look for. I appreciate your help.
