Are you in the states?  I don't recall an Austin 1100 being imported here. There are MG 1100's, same as the Austin I believe.

And Austin America's (1300 cc) .  If it's the same shell, you have plenty of room to do your conversion, but I 'm not sure that anyone is

making a front subframe that will fit that shell. You can make it yourself, or mod a custom one that fits a mini.

Hi all. I am new to this forum but have lurked for a bit. I have a67 Austin 1100 2dr that is missing the engine and tranny. I was wondering if any of you would know if the Vtec conversion would work on this car, also wondering if the AWD conversion would work on it. Now before you go and ask why I want to say that I am making this a local SCCA car. Strictly for me and my son to play with. I do have a running driving 67 MG 1100 that I am going to be selling to help pay for a portion of this build. I will post pics of both soon. Oh if you are in the market for any Triumph parts send me a PM. I have many.
