Time flies - had a blast.
The races were spectacular again this year, and the Classic Car Park was jammed with all sorts of cool stuff.
Here are some of the vehicles displayed:

1997, wasn't it? Wow - time flies. Yes, a great time, though the weather and disgruntled IMM (mudfest) attendees left much to be desired. The weather cleared nicely for the races, though.
I hope they've got the open-air facilities this year. They weren't here in Cph last year, but Århus had them. Sure are convenient - no waiting.

Will do, Jonathan - I've only driven it around the block a couple of times since I recieved the new dizzy, but I'll tell you, the exhaust note is 'pleasant'. When I tried to get a video, the camera battery died within 75 or 100 meters of my apartment. So, there's not much to 'experience' on that clip. Once things settle down, I'll try to take it out for a combined cruise & thrash and hopefully get a decent video/sound clip.

Get some more seat time, interested in hearing about your take on the exhaust.

It's time for the CHGP again this weekend! I was Driving Miss Hyacinth (coming soon to a theater near you...) home from the estate today and noticed a few local vintage racing outfits on their way to Bellahøj, then saw the Team Magnusson truck climbing the small hill near my garage today.
I'm particularly stoked about this event; it's only a mile from my garage and there's a fantastic variety of cars racing and on display in the classic car park.
Of course, Mrs. Miniver, having recieved a couple o'coats of 'vintage' old-school Simoniz paste wax, will be there. She's also sporting the new big-box twin-box exhaust system and the new dizzy from the Distributor Doctor - installed and timed (initial impression - the engine's smoother, cooler, quieter, and more civilized - not as aggressive as with the H&H dizzies or the AldonY).
