The JCW head was only 'very slighlty' ported compared to stock - It would only make a difference near redline.

The JCW exhaust has less backpressure than stock, but again, only slightly - aftermarket exhausts do a better job.

I believe your car will benefit from the JCW tune with only the supercharger, but I recommend you try the car first without the tune.  If you want a slight improvement in performance, and you can find someone to load the JCW tune, then go for it.  You might be happy with just the s/c.

Yes, it is a direct bolt-on - but you will need a belt specific for the JCW. No need to change anything else.

As an 'option', you can also install the JCW fuel injectors and have a MINI dealership load the JCW ECU software for slightly improved performance - but these items are not 'required'.  Your MINI will run fine without them.

Hi Cox, you may have a slim chance of getting the answers to your quieries because 90% of members here deals with the classic minis, this forum is a mixture of nice people from being Purist, restorers, mod'ers, res'tamod-ers, first time classic mini owners (like me) etc.  Some members here can point you to the right direction and which website you need to go., like the BMW Mini owners forum something like that... good luck Cox
