This builder in the UK has kits:

I am sure they can be adapted to other implementations.

Someone from SLO in California had one of the Minimania kits installed, but I last saw that car at Monterey a number of years ago.

Thanks, BIG AL. Can I install the supercharger without a total engine rebuild? If so, how difficult is the mod? Thanks!

This is my former 1996 Rover, 1380 Fuel Injected, super charged engine with a 5 speed tranny-Just sold it on to a good home where power and performance will be appreciated-

The engine was built by Se7en Enterprises and was originally done for AL Diamenti in Long Island NY, in fact our Jim D (6464) on the board imported the Rover mini from the UK to Long Island, after being here 2 years it was refined to a decent road car but l knew full well that if l kept it, it would be funeral time and as everybody knows, l'm taking my last ride in a Clubman Estate classic mini-

While at the Lime Rock Vintage Festival this past weekend, I met up with a couple of Mini guys and the discussion got around to adding a supercharger (from the first generation BMW MINIs) to my 87 Mini. Consensus was that it was a relatively simple install, once I removed the A/C from the engine bay. If anybody has done this or knows about doing this, I would very much appreciate any and all input. Thanks in advance!
