I recently picked up a 1974 Yamaha TX650A M/C. It was parked indoors and covered in 1984 the same year I had a big get off on my KZ1000 Kaw. I gave up riding as a result of being put down by a four wheeler. Don't know that I will ride again but I have the option. It will take some work and about $1000. to put the bike safe and ready to ride. Being the Jap answer to big English twins I want to see what it has. A 650 twin that starts first kick or electric, does not leak oil and the lights work all the time. How can this be a bad thing? Steve (CTR)

Been there. Done that. It's a great bike. But the ride is a bit harsh.
