Brian actually tells that whole story if you go to the channels website and watch the extras. Very funny.

Brian is a very enthusiastic and enterytaining guy to watch, although I could do with slightly less references to his "gentleman bits" which seem to excite him almost as much as the cars.

There is an entertaining story in one of the Mini Magazines about how he loved the experience so much that he purchsed the car shown in the show. There was some background story about how the car was a clone of one being raced. The previous owner had the second car built up in secret without his wifes knowledge so that if the first car got pranged he could pull the second one out for use and pretend that it was just a cheap and easy fix. At least that seems to be my recollection.

Just watched a new TV program on Discovery Velocity channels, Cars That Rock With Brian. Brian is Brian Johnson the lead singer of AC/DC. The first show was on Mini. Paddy Hopkirk showed Brian how to do a handbrake turn. He also ran a vintage race at Brands Hatch in a Cooper S which he bought after the race. Pretty cool show.
