Once you open a few 1960s/70s era Smiths speedometers up you will find they are all virtually identical inside.  You will also observe that the cable driven tachs are really just the basic analog speedometer without the odometer works.  There are different worm and pinion gears for the odometers.  As I mentioned, the parts you need are almost certainly the same as used in the much more common MGB speedometer.

As Kevin said, places like Nisonger probably have the part.  Whether they will sell just parts... I don't know.

The odometer parts from an MGB speedometer calibrated for 1280 TPM will fit the Mini speedomter and you should be able to find one of those used on eBay or MG specific message boards.  Incidentally, if you don't already have a copy of Anthony Rhodes' PDF document on reparing Smiths speedometers, it is a very helpful thing to have.  (Link below)

Most any speedometer repair shop in USA should have those, or can get one in.

the part that is damage, it is the small plastic pinion having an axis that moves the mileage (99950). They have any?

Be aware the recent ones produced are poorly made.
My 200KMH one got progressively slower, it's only done 20,000Km. The odometer kept reading correctly.
My friend's 130MPH recent one seized up and broke the cable, at around 10,000 miles.

I took mine to the local repair shop, they said the bronze bush in them now is rubbish and doesn't hold oil. So, they either wear fast like mine did, or seize up.
Prognosis- not worth repairing @ the shop's A$120/hr rate.

Depending on what your plans are you could also consider using a donor movement from an early MGB.  They will fit, some are calibrated 1280 TPM, and the analog portion can be re-calibrated to match the scale on the Mini gauge face.
