Go for the sump guard before more rally lights...!
nice notice tho on that relocation of those turn signals on E33 - from my google image search -that may have been a more one off E33 than a complete BMC Rally car thing.
That area wouldnt be very fun to mod on a mini body to put those in ( Fender and front panel seams) right in that location . Cut chop mod!
Chip Foose would probably do it and you' would need 2 side by side to notice the difference!
This is all Just my Opinion! ( your doing a great job tarting up the mini to rally Specs! )

Ok I'm going to be a very cool sport so my DIY methods won't lead me to getting banned in this forum. Anyway, I guess Minisport blog editors, Mini Works in facebook and Mini magazine in UK likes the Flinstones type of classic minis these days. So sad...

I think it needs a coat of pink paint and mismatched plug wires. And your fan will work better backwards.
And do something about those nipples.

I have a thing for lights and planning on installing two more 576 rear mounted Lucas lamps on my front end
Why am I picturing this happening?

I have a thing for lights and planning on installing two more 576 rear mounted Lucas lamps on my front end (DWR084 car) BUT... I noticed my turn signal lights are positioned just under the main headlights aligned centered and if I do so, it will block the turn signal lights. But I saw the Morris 33EJB car and a few more and noticed that their turn signal lights are positioned outwards and under the main headlights are the Lucas rear mounted smaller rally lamps.
Is this a common practice by BMC Works on their mini rally cars?
