Thanks tinsmith, i ordered the High Class Airtech Micro ceramic oil additive. i really don't care about people who are close minded about the oil additive idea, actually, i pitty them. i'd rather do the 20 buck oil additive than a pricey engine overhaul.

It has something to do with automotive industry in general. Anything that deals with friction. for example,engine has a lot of moving parts that create friction ,as you saw in the video, the addition of Wagner micro ceramic oil with motor oil, the damage cause by friction dramatically decreases. minis has engine, and mini's engine has moving parts, and moving parts like piston vs engine block creates friction and heat, if you add Wagner to minis engine oil, there will be a dramatic decrease in friction and heat. 
The video is an evidence that the product actually works. Now if anyone say that ceramic oil can damage solid steele ,metal or alloy, somebody must be out of his mind then.
