hi there, checking out the forums on m/m i would like to know or if by any chance you would know how would i do a registration a Austin mini 1981 with the DVV here on oahu?, Ive been trying and researching on the web on how to do it, and also DMV, and the Vehicle control guys here on oahu, seems like I'm at a dead end. Because of a certification label thats saying its U.S. compliance, although it now 35 years. old. titled in State of Arizona current arizona plates and tags till 01/2017. would you know if theres a way that i would be able to register my vehicle? appreciate any info.#808-271-3671 aloha, al

I really like this Mini Pickup. It is definitely on Maui. Looks like 'Sportspack' flares to me. Maybe someone else will chime in as to it's whereabouts? I'd love to see it in person. Enjoy!

Rick, have you seen it recently on Maui and this is different than MiniBil's as he was on Oahu if I remember correctly.
Might be wrong on that, maybe it was the big island. Some one who knows the geography could tell from his pictures.

There is actually a gorgeous Mini Pup on Maui. It's silver. I've got a pic somewhere's. I never got to meet the guy, and I don't know where he is located. I'll post a pic when I find it.             Mini Estate

From what I recall Bill Elliot and MiniBill were/are two different guys.
I think MiniBill also was a great story-teller, with some really well-written tales.
MIniBill's signature line was "MiniBill abides". The question now is "where?"

I don't think Bill Elliot who lives in the suburban Maryland/MetroDC area is the same Bill of MiniPup fame.

EDIT:  My Bad.. it is Bill Adams not Bill Elliot.
Bill Elliot sold that truck when he moved back to Baltimore MD.  I believe he is now living in Washington D.C.

It was MiniBill if I remember correctly. He lived in Fremont before moving to the islands. He had quite a website at one time.
