Although we've never had any issues with the K&N intake, in order to eliminate the K&N as the cause, you might try re-installing the stock intake to see if the light goes off (may take a few miles of driving). At least this will point to another cause if the light stays on.

Our host has a list of DTC'S, according to the chart 2 is fuel & air.the BC is body control and the 5 is idle control. what exactly is the car doing?

They are leaning towards an ECU problem possibly caused by KN. I am baffled. Install was easy and done per instructions. I have alerted KN to see if they have any input ...nothing yet. Anyone have any ideas? Could this install have possibly caused all this to occur or just coincidence?
