I too was at MMW this year, main reason I didn't buy anything, funds were running thin.

You made a comment about pictures of people, I find I'm guilty of mostly taking pictures of cars, not people. I need to change that. I need to upgrade my camera, getting not only cars but owners also.

Looking forward to seeing you all next year.

I liked SXSMAN's comments about the P'up....treading carefully!

The P'up belongs to a friend of mine, I went with him to pick it up at Mini Tec and we drove it back to KC from Georgia - thru North Carolina so we could run the dragon a couple of times, and then home on nothing but back roads. He's done close to 25K in it since then and whenever he drives it he's all smiles!

Ruder has done a fantastic job on his Moke, the first time I saw it was in his garage lying on it's side and I was impressed then with how good of condition it was in! He's done some massive amount of work in a short time getting it ready for MME this year.

I couldn't go to MME as I had just gotten home from MMW, but plan to be in Ohio in 2017....see you all there.

Yes, l second Alans' thoughts

Anyone who didn't attend MMEast this year can get a pretty good overview of what was there thru Peters' vast photo gallery, although Peter seems to favour Mokes and why not

The only thing the pics didn't capture was the oppressive heat & humidity

Just maybe l noticed it more than others, excessive weight etc

Thanks for posting Mr. Braun!  I always leave events regretting pictures I didn't get(usually of people), and I was noticing that I didn't have any good detailed pics of Mark C's  awesomely detailed moke.

The red primer van belongs to Joe Potter, Ashville, NC or SC,
He was seen working on his modular A/C system at the meet.
Great family!

I didn't know what color to call it safely. Red oxide is better than me calling it "rust", which has nasty implications, let alone the ability to tick off the owner!
There's another red oxide van that I have seen tooling around Long Island recently. Don't think it had a rack, but never want to pass up the opportunity to see who's out and about in my neck of the woods!

It's not brown, it's red oxide.

Mine were just crappy cell phone pictures.

After seeing Alan's I feel like deleting mine. The man has an eye for framing the picture in the best light. I looked at some of his other photos for over an hour.
Great pictures Alan.

I think it should be a deluge of Mokes - especially when they leave the roof at home...
