Love the Morgan.  I see the modern ones fairly often, but the vintage original version is just so lovely.  Thanks for sharing.

I was down near the Minis when the Morgan was fired up at the other end. I'd never hard or seen one in the flesh before, but somebody nearby me immediately said Oh, he's started the Morgan... he needed to add oil." A few minutes later I was farther up-field when he drove by leaving the show. As he passed, I managed to get a quick video on my cell, but the file format isn't compatible with posting via the big green button. Now my ISP provider warns me my monthly quota is over 75% consumed... we upgraded our computers to Windows 10, which sucked up a huge amount of download. I have a few other photos that might be of interest, but they will have to wait.

Yes Bill, I did miss you - I didn't get there until about 1:00 pm. The overcast sky by then (cloudy-bright for old-school photographers) helped in snapping pictures. It softened contrast and shadows.

The content of this photo made me think of BIG AL ... not the license plate but the FRAME.
AL: if you are ever up this way,
the (first) or coffee is on me.

it was a nice show. Weather started out great in the morning but got cloudy by noon.
I left around 12:30.  You missed me Dan.  Did you see the mini convertable from Carleton Place too?

when she said "its so small" she meant the car right?

One of our annual local events is an all-British car show, which occurred today. This year's featured marque was Lotus. Minis were thin on the ground this year - only 6 Minis and one Bini. I think 4 of the Minis were from the Montreal area, including some from Mainly Minis Montreal. Deb & Kieth were there with the Riley Elf. The Moke also came from Montreal (about a 2-hour drive). If anybody is interested it is for sale. When the owner told me that, i said "Good thing my wife wasn't here to hear you tell me that... she'd have to kill me." The Moke is a beauty.
