You should just need a new inner fender and a subframe to put it back together. You might want to look for a donor car to get all of the engine and drivetrain bits, brakes, suspension, etc.

Has anyone here done this and if so what am I facing? Looks like the inner fender panels have been cut but I do not see anything else that has been cut. (I have a 93 Mini that I am using for comparison purposes
I would like to sell the kit, which is brand new and complete with shocks and axles and radiator. But I will need the front subframe and suspension radiator and other bits to complete the conversion back to an original power train.
If you are considering a VTEC conversionon your late Mini please contact me to discuss a possible exchange/purchase I am located in NC and would prefer something in the Mid Atlantic area if possible for swap
Txs for any insights and advice Mike

I may very well have everything you will need. I have a mini Vtec project which was started and not completed. My body man is currently Replacing inner fender panels on a late (mid 90s) front end crash. I will be pulling the compete front sub frame, suspension and power unit from a running and driving British Open Classic. I am located on the east coast of VA. south east corner. Contact info is in my profile. Steve (CTR)
