Your problem is the word "think"
Even when the guy from the video says it's tea, you seemingly believe differently. You really are special aren't you.

It's been fun, but this place is done. I have no hatred, and appreciate the good times. But this place now belongs to Tony and his pink mini.

tea is not pleasurable to drink, tastes like bark of a tree and roots, sometimes it tastes like soil.  if you want to relax while thinking about a  project, you want something that will soothe you, so i really ,really believe and i have a very strong feeling that these guys are drinking coffee all throughout the entire series of episodes

Love the Binky series! Can these guys engineer & fab or what?! Pure artistry!

i agree with sir Dan, like him, i too always enjoy watching Project Binky from episode 1-14... and the very reason why i enjoy watching them  is because they don't have any sponsors, the video goes playing straight no need to skip any commercial sponsors, no interruptions

ps: i also discovered that Richard Brunning is the Narrator and Nick is the real mechanic. i maybe wrong but, well who knows.
The only question in my mind was, are they being paid for modifying that mini? or just for fun? i'm a big fan that's why i have a lot of questions.

+1 (although not a shop owner!)

Thanks Richard, for such an enjoyable series.

Can you post a ink to the ACME website? I could really use some of those instant holes.
Maybe they make instant hole fillers... there's a certain one I'd like to see plugged.

ok sir Richard, i rest my case, i really wanted to know if it is indeed tea or coffee , and also by the looks of it, looking back in the older episodes, whenever you sip on the tea cup, it seems like the cup is empty, i know how the cup moves in the hand if it's filled with liquid inside...is it just a props? just wanted to clarify, because people must be trusted in little things they say. and i know a lot of people here, including me look up to you and really admire your mechanical capabilities and your tremendous amount of common sense. Please give my regards to Nick Blackhurst, his facial features really resembles the face of Abraham Lincoln...i like him, he's funny

Dear ..."Specialist", I have no idea what you claim to be a specialist in, but it seems talking bollocks might be somewhere near the mark. Quite apart from your obvious ignorance over how a McPherson strut works you seem to be incapable of comprehending the thought that milk is an integral part of a British cup of tea. (Irrespective of the choice of brand) The coffee you so gleefully point to as evidence ignores the HUGE box of tea in the foreground of that same shot. Did it never occur to you that we might have people over to the shed from time to time who might prefer a cup of coffee, so being the lovely lads that we clearly are, cater to that eventuality? We've got sugar too!

The idea was not actually to "make the mini run faster." It was to transplant the running gear from the Celica into the Mini and therefore, installing another axle at the back was kinda going to be on the cards from the beginning. It's not a racing car, so power to weight ratio isn't that important to us. Having said that, while it's almost certain to be heavier than a 998 mini, the veritable smorgasbord of tuning options for the 3SGTE engine means it's vanishingly unlikely to be as slow...

Take it from me because I really do know, it is tea, the struts are not an issue and it is going to be very, very fast.

Thanks for all the kind comments everyone, we really do appreciate it.

Regards,

Richard
