But there's a difference in the types of OZ doors and the B pillar latch is different as well. So, it has to be determined which door he has in order to get the correct matching part.

In case there is an issue with photos.... the two types of Oz door are quite different but easily distinguished... Is the outside handle a lever that goes up and down or a flap that lifts up??

Your statement "The door latches are totally different". I understand you are referencing the interior latches but if you have the later anti burst proof doors with the lift up exterior latch/handle afaik these will not fit without a serious amount of work, hopefully you have the earlier ones.

I am mounting a set of Australian doors on my '62 Mini. I have new door handles, but the hardware that secures them to the back of the doors is missing. As many of you know, these doors have roll up windows with a vent, and the door latches inside the doors are totally different than those with sliding windows. Does anyone have any idea where to get the proper fitting pieces, where there might be a diagram of what these parts look like, or anyone that might supply these parts???
Any help, suggestions are welcome.
