Well, if you happen to live somewhere in Nevada, Minimania is the best there is. But since you live in Oregon, i'd suggest call Jeremy Thorpe, he has a shop and some inhouse mechanics working for him. He lives in Happy Valley Oregon, i know it because all of his youtube videos he always mention in the beginning " welcome to jetmotorsmini,located at happy valley Oregon" with a big smile in his face. and in the background you'll see his mechanics working on the mini,pretends to be wrenching,but just chitchatting for video purposes(lol),, i dunno how far are you from happy valley. but i sure think it's just around the corner near you hopefully. After a thorough research, you are actually 212 miles away from his place.
Well, right now he is in Santa Rosa Ca, attending the MMW 2017, he drove all the way from oregon to Santa Rosa with his black mini with a 13inch tire., he is so good that he can drive hundreds of miles with his mini while sleeping, look at the pic, actual pic of him sleeping while driving.He is a big fan of cone suspension and hates spring coils, he hates when he jack up the mini and the spring falls off. but since the time he discovered that there is such thing as rebound rubber stopper, he then started using coil springs.
he is the only mechanic i know that reads the bible gospel before working on the mini, see pic
and he's been a die hard mini enthusiast since 15. when Jimmy Carter was still the president,,,see pic

Hello Everyone,
I am new to the board, have owned my 1994 Mini for the last 8 Years, I have moved the Grants Pass, OR and I am looking for a place to take my Mini to, that will do the right job the first, someone who KNOWS Classic Mini Cooper, if anyone know someone in Oregon, Please post it here.
