Indeed Dan, Deb, Spitz...

Still jet lagged on coming home from down under.  did recover ROO from the garage he stayed in while I was away.

Also labeled & stored the Mini bits brought home in my luggage.

Had dinner with my older son & partner in their new home and, later, dodged all the closed streets & thousands of pedestrians headed for the fireworks in Cloverdale.

A good day!  Hope everyone's was also excellent!

Not so good here in eastern Ontario. Rain alternating with torrential downpours and thunderstorms. The BIG SHOW in the evening on Parliament Hill was delayed by an hour because of a passing thunderstorm. Pity the half a million people standing for hours on the lawn of the parliament buildings in a thunderstorm, standing in ankle-deep water in some places. Earlier in the afternoon, the fire department was called in to pump some of the water off the lawn. The fireworks were delayed too - finally finishing at 12:20 am.

Happy Canada Day right back to you. Just went to the local fireworks in the pouring rain... but at least it was warm outside.
