If you are referencing the vin #, British Heritage as authenticated my '71 'S' whose # is 1.3+ million. Does it have an opening in the rear seat vertical panel: my '71 does, my 73 doesn't. That will narrow it down somewhat. Randy

if "...101" was the first, then ".666105" would be the ....fifth, not .....4th ("old" math!), assuming they didn't skip any numbers along the way.

Not sure what you mean by "sequential build numbers" ?

By '72 they had made 3 million minis.

They had made over 700,000 by 1963.

Car engines make CO2 and trees absorb CO2. By running your engine you're feeding a tree and helping the environment.

I have a MKIII MINI that I am trying to confirm the year.
From all I can tell it's a 72
sequential build numbers are 666105

Would 72 be correct?
