just purcahsed an '08 Cooper S. I'm assuming I have to take it in to be serviced for this problem, but I was just wondering if any new Mini owners have experienced this:

So it sounds like it dips okay when you open but doesn't lift when you close - is this correct?

just purcahsed an '08 Cooper S. I'm assuming I have to take it in to be serviced for this problem, but I was just wondering if any new Mini owners have experienced this:
