A new super grade follower has been manufactured to replace the no longer available Isky follower. The new follower is lighter weighing 43.2 grams vs. 48 grams for the original follower. The ultimate cam follower designed to minimise float and jump normally seen in original cam followers which ultimately looses power. Precision ground outside diameter with smaller chamfered base to give more surface area for extra hi lift cams. Careful and tightly controlled manufacturing ensures best edge chamfer consistency, perfect radius on the base and walls for best rotation and movement. The side walls are also 70 thou taller to maintain maximum stability.
The reason for the extra cost is the 3 heat treatments and final finish grinding for perfect sizing.
This is currently the most robust lifter available for highly tuned engines.
