This is the roller bearing for the the large end of the laygear. 4-syncro remote gearboxes using a two-step layshaft have TWO of these fitted in tandem (along with one 88G396 on the small or first gear end). The later A+ three-step layshaft rod-change boxes have ONE CHM141 on the large or input gear end (and one 13H9513 on the small end- also used in the input gear on the main shaft "snout". 2 required per gearbox.

Question:
I am actually working on a Peter may Dog Box for a Midget/Sprite. The input shaft to main shaft bearing is 20mm inside and 25.7mm outside. Looks just like your CHM 141. Could you please measure one for me and we'll see if it will fit? I can send pictures if necessary. Many thanks.

Hey, thanks for checking with us.  Unfortunately I don't have a way to accurately measure a caged needle bearing - But those dimensions seam to match what we have here - and all the gearsets should use the same bearing.
