This is the roller bearing for the the large end of the laygear. 4-syncro remote gearboxes using a two-step layshaft have TWO of these fitted in tandem (along with one 88G396 on the small or first gear end). The later A+ three-step layshaft rod-change boxes have ONE CHM141 on the large or input gear end (and one 13H9513 on the small end- also used in the input gear on the main shaft "snout".
