Used preowned breather that mounts to the flywheel housing. You need these on 1275 and bigger engines to prevent mystery oil leaks. Used prior to the introduction of the lay-down servo circa 1989. Use LLC10047 if servo fitted.

I don't believe the auto-style is available any longer.
You may need to flush yours and repack it with coarse steel wool.
