For many years now the guys that run Chevy or Ford motors have had the luxury of using this almost fool proof means of installing your pistons with rings into the block. The hard anodized block of 6061 alloy been precisely machined to provide the tapper needed to have your piston slid into the bore with little or no chance of damage to the rings. Available for 1275cc pistons with +.020, +.040 or +.060 bore size as well as for the very popular 1380cc pistons.
