Hooked on MINIs - page 1

This was a special MINIs event at Thunderhill Raceway Park in Willows California on November 1 organized by Hooked on Driving and sponsored by Mini Mania Inc. Over 60 cars participated in this well organized event on a sunny California day. With 3 run groups, each group ran up to 6 sessions of about 25 minutes each. The day was organized with a drivers meeting in the morning and a de-brief following each session. There were plenty of instructors helping new drivers learn the line and improve their 'smoothness' on the track. A nice hot lunch served to replenish the calories burned on the track. All in all, based on all the smiling faces - the day was a huge success.

Congratulations to John Bowen of San Jose for winning the 'free pass' drawing at Mini Mania for this event.

A big THANK YOU to everyone at Hooked on Driving for a great event!
