Hello I have an 02' manual trans. that I thought the water pump went out but I see the crankshaft vibration damper busted apart(two peices). Has anyone had this happen?

V interesting looks a clean install. What? is done about axle ratios. So the car with Honda Gbox does not top out at 50mph? due to the tiny wheels?
