SUBFRAME DRY FRONT FOR MK4 AND LATER MINIS & COOPERS
The front subframe on a Mini will never have a rust problem only because the engine/trans always seems to provide a certain amount of oil for preservation. BUT, most any accident will result in damage to the subframe. The later model cars have a subframe that is distinguished by its top mounts being a single large bolt rather than the earlier type with two smaller ones. These are factory original subframes!
