Hi Guys , I CAN'T BELIEVE that this thread is still going keep up the good work , it is sometime since I last logged in as you may have read some time ago I sold my woody to a mate of mine , it has not been lost unlike the other 14 minis that I have owned since 1974, he has had the interior redone and it looks fabulous in fact we are using it and 4 other minis for my daughters wedding in about 3 weeks time .

Hey the Woody thread is back. I picked up another one recently. I now have 4 in various states of disrepair. This one came disassembled but complete for the most part.
|
slow progress on the woody, here are some pics of how he has been sitting for a while now:Just sourcing out panels right now.

Smurf is torturing us wagon-junkies out West with another reasonably priced one. Damn you Smurf. Need to go to MA meetings for awhile. One or two of these come up every year - just need to ready with cash or get to work on my semi-complete cars.....

When I get home I will take a photo of them side by side. I meant to that before, but things got busy. Terry

so what is the scoop on the wagon's trumpets? Specific to the wagon or same as all the rest of the mini's? Inquiring minds with a few parts laying around would like to know (now that I've found out I have to watch out for wet or dry suspension arms too...)
|
Terry, I thought I had changed that, but I must not have saved the changes. the email is:

would it make that much difference on the rear trumpets?? I wonder if the ride height would be lower?

Ron: I may have a set of trumpets that I will not use. The email in your profile bounced and I do not see one on your card. Terry

Unfortunately, I have not heard back from the gent in some time? He lives in the UK, but last I heard from his wife he had secular work in Germany with extreme hours.
