1967 Camaro with a 327 (re-built by my friend's dad with 350hp), M-22 4-speed & 12 bolt 4.11 posi - this was my first car.

1961 Baja Bug - slow but, a lot of fun.  It had a fold-back vinyl sunroof.

Once I'm done building my '63 Mini, I'll be helping my son rebuild a '67 Camaro project I started on a couple of years ago.  Started fitting a '94 Vette suspension (front and rear) and have a 6-speed for an LS series motor in waiting.  He's only 18 so, once I'm done with my Mini, I'm hoping he'll have calmed down a bit so as not to make a mess of himself and the car...

Since you said vehicles and not specifically cars, I have to include some of my favorite scooters that I have owned over the years (I've owned about 50):

1950s (never registered) Lambretta TV175 Series I - The original Innocenti prototype

1959 Lambretta TV175 Series II

1965 Lambretta TV175 Series III

1966 Lambretta SX 200

1950s Lambretta LD 125 Electric Start (800 original Miles - was in Petersen Museum)

1959 Lambretta LI 150 Series 2

1966 Vespa Super Sport 180

1964 Vespa GS 160

1964 Fuji Rabit Superflow 200

1959 Austin Seven

1964 Mini Cooper

1964 International Scout

1964 MG 1100 (the car I learned to drive stick in)

I still own the best car I have ever had - a 2003 Honda Element!

56 Chevy BelAir - rusted quarter panels and headlights, but LOTS of fun.  Small block V8 and I could climb INTO the engine compartment to work on it.  So easy.  I had the pistons out four times just because I could.

63 Pontiac LeMans - one of the early years of the LeMans, it was a re-badged deluxe Tempest.  Candy apple red convertible with a white plush interior.  A real head turner.   Ran like a scalded cat, when I could get it started.

!969 Austin Cooper white/black just a real unmolested genuine 998 Cooper that was stolen and used in three robberies and recovered after being partially stripped. I bought it back off the insurance company and sold it on.

1970 Lotus Elan S4 fhc yellow a real pia car but loads of fun, sold it and used the money for a deposit on a house. The car is still in the dmv (dvla) database in the UK but has been off the road since 1994.

1979 Pontiac Trans Am 400 / 4 speed WS6 package Canadian spec car.

1990 Nissan 300 ZX 5 speed twin turbo.

If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.

make a car lighter and it's faster everywhere. Colin Chapman.

61 xke tri carb

62 AH tri carb

Pretty sure the years are correct, but these were resto projects that I looked at for years and finally sold on. Paid $1,000 for each of them.

It's only stuff, but it was my stuff!

Our family keeps cars for a long time, typically 10 or more years, so there are not a lot of cars that have left before being worn out.

The one car I wish I still had was my 1982 VW Jetta (Rabbit style front with a 5 speed).  That car was geared perfectly for the over-the-mountain commutes I was making at the time and it was VERY fun to drive.  Sadly, it was stolen and when recovered it was declared "totalled" by the insurance company.

( well I didn't own it, I test drove it but didn't buy it cause I thought the $3500 was too much )

67 Austin Cooper S.  BRG dark and Wimbledon white roof.  Cosmics.  Zero rust. Sold it for $1000 (hardship situation).

64 Austin Cooper.  Lost its Cooper engine so I stuck in a hotted-up 850.  Stock interior, added roll bar.  Sold it for $600 (a different desperate situation).  Oh, by the way, it had Restall recliners.

65 Austin Countryman. Faded paint but otherwise perfect.  Basically gave it away, sold it for oh never mind.

71 Datsun 510 2-door.  Just a nice, simple car.  Don't ask.

75 Chevy LUV. Towed my racecar for years, all over creation with that truck.  Drove it from Florida to California too.  Sure, it blew a headgasket now and then, but it wouldn't die.  I did give that one away.

74 Datsun 260Z.  Triple Weber 40DCOEs, Clifford header, Isky cam, Datsun comp this and that.  Burned to the ground in my driveway.

OK, now where is the list of vehicles I wish I had never owned?

Only 3 ex-owned cars on my list I wish I hadn't gotten rid of, earliest was a pair of 1972 Honda z600 coupes that ran... bad trade on those hondas. Last one was a mid 60's smooth roof steel sided estate wagon... though some parts of it still linger around, it went away because I had to move and couldn't take it.

1964 Chevy Malibu

1973 Pinto Squire wagon (yes, I liked the Pinto)

1969 Dodge Coronet

1974 Ford Maverick Grabber 302

1971 Olds Delta 88 Royale 455 Convertible
